1 box egg noodles, cooked

1 stick butter
2# good beef - filet mignon or similar, sliced into bite size pieces
1 box mushrooms, halved
1/2 c chopped onion
2 tbsp flour
1 can beef broth
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 c sour cream
1 tsp dill

Melt 6 tbsp butter in pan over med-high heat. Saute onions and mushrooms.

Add beef and saute. Remove from pan.

Add remaining butter, melt, stir in flour and mustard.

Whisk in broth and keep stirring till thickened.

Add meat, onions, mushrooms, stir in sour cream, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot noodles.
