1 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c melted butter
2 tbsp sugar

Combine and line a spring form pan with this. Bake 375 for 15 minutes, then cool.

3 large cream cheese
1 c sugar
3 eggs (add 1 at a time)
1 tsp vanilla

1 pt sour cream
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix cream cheese ingredients together, pour into crust,

Bake 350 about 45 minutes.

Stir together sour cream, sugar and vanilla.

Top cheesecake and bake 475 degrees another 5 minutes.

Cool. Chill 24 hours before serving with cherries, strawberries, chocolate, and a squirt of whipped cream.
