5 small apples, halved, peeled and corned
2/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
10 oz can big flakey biscuits
3 tbsp margarine melted
2 tbsp water

Heat oven to 375
blend sugar and cinnamon
roll apple pieces in cinnamon sugar mixture.
separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits
press or roll each to a 4 1/2 inch circle
place sugared apple piece, rounded side down, on center of each biscuit. stretch dough around apple completely covering fruit,
dip each filled biscuit in melted butter, then in remaining sugar, cinnamon mixture, place seam side down on ungreased 12x8 baking dish or square pan, sprinkle any remaining cinnamon sugar over biscuits, add water to baking pan
bake @ 375 20-25 minutes
serve with ice cream
