1 Beef Brisket
2 Cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Medium Large Onion
Garlic Salt and Pepper To Taste
Roasting Pan or Disposable Foil Baking Pan
Heavy Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
If the Brisket is too big, cut into two (2) pieces and bake separately. Trim off the top layer of fat the best you can and season the brisket with garlic salt and pepper.

Place a wire rack in the bottom of a roasting pan or disposable foil catering pan. Lay a large piece of heavy aluminum foil large enough to seal/wrap the brisket in the bottom of the roasting pan on top of the wire rack.

Lay the brisket on top of the foil. On top of the brisket lay the onion slices and the two (2) cans of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup. Tightly seal the brisket in the foil and seal the roasting pan with an additional piece of foil.

Bake brisket at 300º F for four (4) to five (5) hours depending on size until done.

Remove from baking pan and serve with juices on the side for gravy.
