1 Boboli Original Pizza Crust
1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage HOT
1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage REGULAR
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs
salt and pepper
salsa (optional on the side)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Combine the regular and hot sausage and cook until done.
Put pizza crust in the oven and bake for 4 minutes while scrambling 8 eggs.
Pull crust out of oven and top with some of the cheese, then layer all the cooked sausage,
the scrambled eggs, salt, pepper and more cheese.
Bake the pizza 4 to 5 minutes more.

I will always remember my brother Mike making this for our family the day he arrived after our mother passed away. We were snowed in and got to just spend the day visiting and remembering what a wonderful Mother she was.
