3 cups Cole Slaw Mix
1/4 cup Mexicorn, drained
1 seeded and chopped Jalapeņo Pepper
2 T. chopped Red Onion
1 T. fresh minced Cilantro
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Ranch Salad Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Combine ranch dressing, lime juice and cumin. Pour sauce over slaw mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
