4 T. butter
1 box sliced mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1-1/2# round steak, 1/2" thick
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 C. flour
6 T. olive oil
2 C. stock
1 C. burgandy wine
1 T. Kitchen Bouquet
1 C. sour cream

Brown onions in butter and remove.
Cut steak into 1/2" by 2" strips, toss in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
Brown in olive oil. When browned, mix in left over flour and stir.
Add mushrooms, onions and Kitchen Bouquet.
Cover tightly and simmer 1 hour. Stir often.
Ten minutes before serving stir in the sour cream.
Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or brown rice.
