3-4 # brisket
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Liquid smoke
4 tbsp water
crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in heavy duty foil and cover with mixture of catsup, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, water, garlic and pepper mixture. Wrap tightly. Cook 7 hours at 275 degrees. Remove and pour juice into a jar. When cool, put brisket and juice in refrigerator overnight. Next day, slice meat thinly across the grain. Place in a pan. Heat the juice and pour over the meat.

Warm at 350 degrees for 45 min. before serving.
