4 tbsp. olive oil
2 lrg. onions finely chopped
2 lrg. bell pepper finely chopped
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 points top sirloin diced small
2 (28 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 tsp. red cayenne ground pepper
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried sweet basil
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can chili beans
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
1/2 teaspoon crushed red peppers

saute the onions, peppers and garlic set aside
brown the beef and drain fat
then add the onions, peppers, garlic and all other ingredients except the beans.
simmer for 2 1/2 -3 hours
stir in the beans
cook 20 minutes
