1st layer
1 stick butter - softened
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2nd layer
1 8oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup powered sugar
1 cup cool whip from 16 oz bowl
3rd layer
2 4oz packages instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

1st layer, mix together and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350, cool.
2nd layer, mix and spread over 1st layer.
3rd layer, mix together and spread over 2nd layer.
Cover 3rd layer with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with pecans.
