2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 T. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 T. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Frosting: 5 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 1lb. bag powdered sugar

CAKE: Mix flour, sugar, eggs, oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, pineapple with liquid, raisins & carrots. Place in 9x13" greased and floured baking pan. Bake 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
FROSTING: Beat cream cheese, butter & vanilla with electric mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
