1 head of lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup celery, finely diced
1/2 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
1 10oz frozen peas, run under cold water and drain
1/3 cup carrots, grated
1 cucumber, chopped
1 bunch green onion
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Spread lettuce in 9 X 13 glass pan. Add layer; celery , green pepper, peas carrots, cucumber. IN separate bowl mix mayonnaise and sugar; spread over top of layers to seal. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese on top.
