4 lb beef chuck roast
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Place beef in roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake @ 350 for 5 hours. Turn beef occasionally. Serve on rolls, buns or fresh bread.
