3 Bullion Cubes, Chicken
4 diced potatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, thinly sliced (optional)

4 cups milk (whole milk best)
3 c. grated cheese (not previously frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water and bullion. Saute onion, carrot and pepper in butter. Make white sauce by adding flour to butter until bubbly, the pour in the milk and stir until thickened. Add cheese last. The peppers are important. You add them even if you dislike them because they make the soup. I tried it without because I don't like green peppers, bad decision!
