1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
12 oz mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. whipped topping
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 c. coconut, toasted
1/2 c. M&M's

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, margarine, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips. Spread or pat dough in ungreased 12" pizza pan or on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Just before serving, spread cookie with whipped topping. Top with walnuts, coconut and candies. Refrigerate remaining pizza.

When Nathan would stay with us in the summer, he and Ren'ee would usually make this pizza. I don't know which they enjoyed most, the making it or the eating it!
