1 head red leaf lettuce
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 head iceberg lettuce
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz Craisins
1 C sliced almonds, toasted

1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 C sugar
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 C salad oil

Mix salad ingredients altogether.

For dressing blend all ingredients except oil. Slowly add oil and continue blending.

It is always a big hit. Especially with the dressing recipe. That is usually the case with a salad. Enjoy!
