2 sticks butter
3 Cups flour
4 T sugar
2 Cups powdered sugar
16 oz cool whip
16 oz cream cheese
1 Cup sugar
2 - 2 1/4 Cup water
4 T cornstarch
2 T lemon juice
Fruit such as: kiwi, berries, peaches

Mix butter, flour and 4 T sugar and pat on ungreased pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar, cool whip and cream cheese. Spread on crust. Top with fruit. Optional: For glaze: cook sugar, water and lemon juice on stove. Mix cornstarch and part of water, adding it to mixture on stove. Cook until thick and clear. Cool slightly and top fruit with it.
