2 onions, sliced 5 to 6 cloves 2 cups water 4-5 pound pork roast or picnic ham
Put half of onion in bottom of crock pot. Add other ingredients with onion on top. Cook 8-12 hours or overnight on low. Remove bone and fat from meat. Put meat back into crock pot. ADD: 1 onion, chopped and 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce Cook 1-3 hours on high or 4-8 hours on low, stirring 2 or 3 times.
DELICIOUS!!! Mike and I use this when we long for some good Tennessee open-pit barbecue!
