Meat from a 14 lb. turkey, cubed
2 qt. diced celery
2 qt. green grapes, cut in halves
18 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1 jar pimiento, cut up
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. Miracle Whip
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 (12 oz) can chow mein noodles or shoestring potatoes

Mix turkey, celery, grapes, eggs and pimento.
For dressing: Whip cream. Fold in Miracle Whip, which has been mixed with vinegar and sugar. Salt to taste. Fold dressing into turkey mixture and store covered overnight. Add chow mein noodles or shoestring potatoes. Serves a crowd.
