1 Box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice original
2 cups chicken broth ( include mushroom juice)
1/4 cup flour
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup onions
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. can mushrooms (save the liquid)
3 cups chopped chicken
1 1/2 half n half
1/2 cup silvered almonds
Dash of Pepper

Prepare rice and seasoning according to pkg direction. Melt butter and saute onion. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add broth and half n half.
Cook until thickened. Add rice mixture,mushrooms,chicken and almonds.
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees
Cover for 1 hour and then uncover for 15 minutes.
