3 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 C vinegar (use less if desired)
1/2 C packed dark brown sugar
1 - 12 oz. can pineapple juice
3/4 C catsup
1 T soy sauce (could eliminate this)
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Bake wings in covered roaster until almost done. Approx. 1/2 hour at 300º. Then drain off fat. In same pan put vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple juice, catsup, soy sauce, mustard and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then boil gently for five min. simmer covered for 15 min. Remove lid, turn wings over and simmer uncovered for 15 more min. Sauce should be thickened by this time. Place wings on platter and spoon sauce over to glaze. Serve with baked potato, salad and hard rolls.
