1 TABLESPOON OF WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

1 ½ TABLESPOONS OF LEMON JUICE

1 CUP OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

This salad goes great with steak, potatoes in foil, and your favorite beer! This recipe was made by Norma after she saw it made at the Columbia Club restaurant in downtown Indianapolis. She watched them make it at their table, kept mental notes, and tried it at home. What a hit!
