Approximately 8-12 Lasagna Noodles boiled and cooled

Meat Sauce:
1 PKG Ground Turkey
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic diced
1 TBSP. Oregano
1 TBSP. Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Jar of Spaghetti Sauce


Cheeses:
32 oz. of Ricotta Mixed with 2 eggs
2 1/2 C. Parmesan
2 1/2 C. Mozzarella

Directions:
In a large frying pan brown turkey meat, garlic, and onion. Add in oregano, basil, and salt and pepper. Add spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 5-8min until all ingredients are combined.

In a large greased baking pan layer meat sauce, 4 to 5 cooked noodles, meat sauce, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, parmesan, noodles, meat sauce, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.

Keep layering until you run out of ingredients or you run out of room in your pan.

Bake for 35 to 45 min at 350º
