1 ˝Cup Sugar
1 1/2Cup Flour
3/4Cup Nuts (optional)
2 Eggs
3 Banana's mashed
l/2 tsp Cinnamon
Dash of Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
Combine all ingredients

In a separate bowl:
1/2 Cup milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vinegar
Add this to above mixture.

Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Fill Pans 1/2 full
Makes 2 loaves
