1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
1/3 cup onion minced
1 large apple, pared and diced
3 cups cooked turkey, diced
6 tablespoons sweet butter
3 tablespoons flour
teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cups chicken broth
cups cream

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in Dutch oven and add mushrooms. Saute 3 or 4 minutes. Add remaining butter, onion, apple and turkey. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until onion and apple are tender. Remove from heat.

Blend in flour, salt and curry powder. Add stock and cream. Cook until thick stirring constantly.

Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes longer. Add more seasoning if desired.

Serve with white rice
