Vegetables in a variety of colors and shapes:
favorites include asparagus, small, thin green beans, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, cauliflower
Olive oil or canola oil
Herbes de provence
or Pappy's Veggie Seasoning
Coarse salt and coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On foil-lined jelly roll pans, arrange a single layer of vegetables, Drizzle with oil.
Bake at 500 degrees F until done.
Sprinkle with desired seasonings.
Arrange beautifully on a large platter.
