5-6 head lettuce
3-4 pkgs. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Ė mix pre directions
Rinse and drain lettuce, break into pieces. Fill large platters with lettuce.

Over lettuce put:
Tomato wedges
Cucumber pieces
Pepperonchino peppers
Red peppers
Yellow peppers
Can chic peas
Red onion rings
Black olives

Around edge of tray alternate overlapped slices of: Provolone cheese and Genoa salami. Pour dressing over all Ė donít mix though.
