3 c. cherries
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 t. almond extract
2 T. cornstarch

Top and Bottom:
3/4 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1-1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts

Sprinkle 1/2 mixture on bottom of pan. Add the filling and sprinkle remaining 1/2 on top. I usually only use 1/2 of the mixture (save the other half in a baggie and use for the next time).

400 25-35 minutes

Personal Notes:
The cherries I use are the ones I freeze (and have already put 1/2 c. sugar on them).
