12-oz cooked chicken breast, cut into small cubes
2 cups cooked pasta
1 cup kidney beans, rinsed in water
2-oz low-fat cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 cup diced tomato
1 cup chopped broccoli crowns
2 tablespoons light Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and toss. Divide into 4 containers and place in refrigerator. For extra flavor, you can also add balsamic vinegar (to taste) to the Italian dressing before putting into salad.
