6 large onions
48 ripe tomatoes
4 green peppers
4 c. sugar
3 T. salt
2 c. vinegar
4 t. cinnamon
3 t. nutmeg
1 t. celery salt
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. cloves
1/4 t. cayenne pepper

Squeeze all juice and seeds out of the tomatoes. Grind onions and pepper through food chopper. Boil hard, about 1/2 hour. Makes 17 pints.
