1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raspberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
Powdered sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter

Prepare streusel topping and set aside. Grease 12 3" muffin tins. Preheat oven to 375. Combine muffin ingredients in order given. Gently fold in raspberries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle generously with streusel topping. Bake for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
