1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 stick butter
1 c chopped nuts
Layer 1:
8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip
1 t vanilla
Layer 2:
1 lg package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 lg package instant vanilla pudding with chocolate chips
3 c milk
1 t vanilla
layer 3:
cool whip

Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and cool. Mix ingredients for layer 1 and blend for 2 minutes. Spread on crust. Mix ingredients for layer 2 and blend/whip until thick. Spread over layer 1.
Top with cool whip. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
