Ingredients:
Braising liquid:
4 qts beef stock
3/4 C red wine vinegar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1-3 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 C tomato paste
1/4 C honey
1 tbsp salt
4 slabs baby back ribs (1 1/4 lb each)
Ann McCormicks Barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all braising ingredients in large pat. Stir well, and bring to simmer over medium heat.
Add ribs, simmer until tender but not falling apart, about 1 hour 45 minutes.
When done, carefully transfer ribs to baking sheet or grill.
Baste with Ann's barbecue sauce and bake or grill until ribs are browned.

I have braised the ribs and frozen or refrigerated them until I want to serve them heating them through first and then basting with the barbecue sauce.
