1/2 C Butter
1/2 C Veggie Oil
1 3/4 C White Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 C Sour Milk or Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves, ground
1/2 tsp Salt
4 T Cocoa
2 1/2 C Grated Zucchini

1/4 C Walnuts, chopped
1/4 C Chocolate Chips

Cream together the oil, butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs, milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, soda, cinnamon, cloves, salt and cocoa. Mix together the sugar mixture and the flour mixture. Add the zucchini. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 325 for 45 minutes.
