1 1/2 lb Ground Beef, lean
1 stick Butter
1 lg Onion, sliced
1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
1 can Water Chestnuts, sliced
1/4 C Flour
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 to 2 C Sour Cream
Egg Noodles, cooked

Fry hamburger, butter, onion, salt and pepper until there is no more pink. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts and simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Add flour and soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer until heated through. Serve over egg noodles.
