3/4 lb. sausage - brown, take out when crumbly
2-3 T. grease - add 1/2 c. shopped celery tops
2 c. cooked rice
1 T. dry onion
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 T. chopped parsley
2 T. Parmesan cheese
2 large zucchinis - halved, scoop out seeds & discard

1. Warm all but sausage thoroughly, remove from heat.
2. Add sausage, poultry seasoning, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
3. Half 2 large zucchinis. Scoop out the seeds, discard. Lightly salt cavity. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
4. Pile ingredients in cavities. Put in baking pans - fill with 3/4" water and bake covered with foil at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover last 15 mins.
