6 -8 large potatoes
3 eggs, boiled
1/2 c. chopped onon
1/2 c. chopped pickles
Miracle Whip, approximately 1 cup
1 T. vinegar
1 T. sugar
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Paprika

Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil until done, but not mushy. After potatoes have cooled, add mashed boiled eggs, chopped onion and pickles, Miracle Whip, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir it gently to mix well. There should be enough Miracle Whip to coat all the potatoes. If not, add more. Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle Paprika lightly on top.

When I was a newly-wed, Dimple taught me how to make her delicious potato salad. She said the most common mistake people make is not adding enough Miracle Whip. To this day whenever I make potato salad, I hear her sweet voice telling me how to do it.
