3 skinless chicken breasts.
1 c. flour.
1 tsp. baking powder.
2 beaten eggs.
1 can cold beer.
1 c. bread crumbs.
2 c. vegetable oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat deep fryer to 375º. or use large skillet.
Cut chicken into strips. Mix together flour, baking powder, eggs and beer. Dip chicken strips into the mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. In large skillet heat oil. Fry chicken until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Serve with your favorite barbeque sauce.

Tip: be sure to clean all utensils used for cutting up chicken with warm, soapy water and clean own hands with warm, soapy water before rolling chicken in bread crumbs.
