3 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1 bottle Kitchen Bouquet
Seasoned Salt
Seasoned Pepper
Garlic Salt
Accent Meat Tenderizer

Directions:
Directions:
Rub ingredients into an 8-10lb brisket on both sides. Wrap in heavy duty foil. Bake at 250º for at least 4-5 hours. The longer you cook it the more tender it will be.
