Beef Stroganoff Recipe

1 cub Butter,
2-medium Onions (chopped)
3-cloves Garlic (chopped)
4-cups fresh Mushrooms (Sliced)
2-Round Steaks (diced)
Lemon juice to taste.
Red Wine to taste.
2-cans Beef Consomine Soup
1-pint. Sour Cream (room temperature)

In hot butter, saute onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add beef, cook till red disappears. Add lemon juice Wine, beef consomine', salt, pepper and parsley.

Simmer 3-4 Hours, add sour cream and heat
(do not boil)
Serve over Rice or Noodles.
