Frozen hash brown patties,
1 lb. browned sausage or chopped cooked ham,
7 eggs,
1 c. milk,
1/4 tsp dried mustard,
Salt & pepper to taste,
4-cups grated cheddar cheese,
2-can chopped green chilies (optional)

spray bottom of casserole dish with Pan.
layer hash brown patties.
layer sausage or ham.
layer green chilies (if desired)
layer cheddar cheese.
mix below in separate bowl.
(eggs, mustard, milk, salt & pepper)
pour over casserole.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1-hour.
Remove cover and bake an additonal 15 min.
or until knife comes out clean.
