1 15 oz. can refried beans with green chilies
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup picante sauce
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 green onions, chopped
2 oz. can of sliced black olives

1- Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 8" X 8" baking dish or casserole dish.
2- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream together and spread over refried beans.
3- Sprinkle the chopped avocado and lemon juice over the sour cream layer.
4- Cover with the picante sauce and top with cheeses. Add chopped onions and black olives of top of the cheese.
5- Bake in a preheated oven 350 F for 30 minutes. Recipes doubles well. Serve with taco chips.
