6 oz spaghetti, cooked
2 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup cottage cheese

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1 (8 oz) can tomatoes, chopped (or 1 cup fresh)
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 cup mozzarella, shredded

Combine crust ingredients, except cottage cheese and form crust in a pie plate. Top with cottage cheese.

Cook beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is brown and veggies are tender. Drain. Heat together the meat mixture, tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic salt, sugar, and oregano. Place on top of cottage cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 uncovered. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
