1 head cauliflower cut into small pieces
1 head lettuce
1 lb. fried crisp bacon, crumbled (or jar of real bacon pieces)
1 small yellow onion, chopped


1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (NOT miracle whip)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk

Toss cauliflower, lettuce, crumbled bacon pieces and onion together in a bowl.

In a separate container, mix mayo, sugar, parmesan cheese and milk.

Pour dressing mixture on just before serving/eating the salad.
