Mix together and spread into greased 9 x 13 pan:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg beaten
1 pkg yellow cake mix -- take out 1 cup
- - - Filling: --
Mix together well and pour over crust:
29 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup canned milk
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- - - Topping - - -
Mix together until crumbly & sprinkle over filling:
1 cup cake mix
1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup nuts - chopped

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
