Chile Rellenos Quiche Recipe

Pastry for single pie crust
2 Tbs. cornmeal
1-1/2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cn chopped green chilies
3 eggs
3/4 cup sour crem
1 Tbs. freshed cilantro
2-4 drops of pepper sauce (optional)

Bake pastry shell at 450 for about 13-15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350-
sprinkle cornmeal over bottom of pastry shell. Combine the cheeses; set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Add chilies to the remaining cheese mixture; sprinkle into crust.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sour cream cilantro, and hot pepper sauce. Pour into crust; sprinkle with reserved cheese mixture.
Bake fodr 35-40 minutes or untill knife comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting
