3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 T. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
15-20 oz. peach slices, well drained (save juice)
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar plus 1 T.
1/2 t. cinnamon

Beat flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg and milk for 2 minutes. Pour batter in 9- or 10-inch deep pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place peach slices over batter. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar and 3 tablespoons of reserved juice for 2 minutes. Spoon to within 1 inch of batter. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
