2 lbs. boneless ribs, beef and/or pork
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. A1 Steak Sauce
2 T. vinegar

onion slices, separated into rings
pita rounds or sandwich buns for serving

Directions:
Directions:
The day before serving, combine all ingredients but meat, and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Season ribs with salt and pepper to taste, then broil, about 10 minutes on each side. Place ribs in crock pot and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Refrigerate in sauce.

Next day, skim off any grease from the top and discard. Reheat and shred meat with forks before serving in pita bread rounds or buns.
