2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. onions chopped
4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cubes of chicken bouillon

2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 lb. of Velveeta cheese (You may substitute a can of cheese soup.)

Directions:
Directions:

Cook the first 5 ingredients until tender. Then add the cream of celery soup. When this soup is warm, add the cheese or cheese soup. Heat thoroughly until the cheese melts or until the cheese soup is heated through, but do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
