1 head leaf lettuce, torn
1 head romaine torn
(or substitute 2 bags salad greens for both)
3 red fuji apples, diced
4 oz finely shredded mozzarella
c sunflower seeds
c dried cranberries

c sugar
1/3 c mustard
1 tsp salt (I use only tsp)
1 T. grated onion
1 T poppy seed
1 c oil

The dressing makes enough for 2 salads, so I put everything in a mason jar and shake it, then put the extra in the fridge.
